WorkCover

  • A WorkCover claim must first be assessed by a GP.

  • We can invoice WorkCover directly provided that you have received your claim number and that the claim has been accepted.

  • If your claim is being processed by WorkCover (this can take a few weeks after receiving your claim number), you will need to pay for the consult and present your receipts to WorkCover after your claim is accepted to be reimbursed. $132 initial consult, $104 subsequent consults.

  • No out-of-pocket fee for accepted claims.

  • A valid current WorkCover medical certificate is required.

GP Health Care Plan (EPC or medicare rebatable visits)

  • This program allows GP’s to refer eligible patients with chronic conditions to allied health services, such as physiotherapy, for up to 5 Medicare rebatable visits each calendar year.

  • Eligible patients need to pay the full fee as above ($92 each consultation under the plan) before we are able to process your rebate as per below.

  • Bring a physical copy of your health care plan, your Medicare card and your eftpos savings card in order for us to process your rebate in-clinic for you.

  • This clinic does not bulk bill these consultations.

Third Party Insurance Claims

  • You will need to cover the costs of your initial consultation.

  • Billed at current WorkCover QLD fees $132 initial consult, $104 subsequent consults.

  • Once we have written confirmation from your insurer or lawyer we will be able to invoice subsequent consultations directly.

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)

  • DVA will be invoiced directly.

  • No out-of-pocket fee for eligible white or gold card holders.

  • You will be required to provide a valid referral from your doctor first.
